My Philosophy
Traditional fitness splits people into boxes โ the bodybuilder, the runner, the athlete. This coaching bridges those worlds instead of picking one.
Wherever your goals sit โ building muscle, dropping fat, training for a race, or chasing your first HYROX โ I have experience coaching it, and I coach it as one connected system, not separate tracks.
I'm a canfitpro certified trainer (since 2021) and hybrid athlete based in Toronto. I train the way I coach: strength and endurance together, not one at the expense of the other.
My own progress started at a relatively skinny 145 lbs. Through plenty of trial, error, and adjustments along the way, I've built up to 230 lbs. I know what it's like to go through a real muscle-building and overall fitness journey โ because I've lived every stage of it myself.
These days that means training toward my HYROX doubles open division debut in Toronto, while keeping strength work front and center, with the 2027 Toronto Half Marathon on the calendar too.
That same hybrid approach carries into every program I build โ 5+ years of hypertrophy coaching applied so strength and endurance work together in your training, not against each other.
Build muscle and strength while intelligently managing endurance training, so the two work together instead of against each other.
Structured easy runs, intervals, tempo sessions, and long runs, designed around your ability and your goals โ not a generic plan.
Guidance built to support training, recovery, performance, and body composition โ not a rigid diet bolted on top of your program.
Weekly check-ins, ongoing communication, program adjustments, and form feedback โ structured accountability that keeps things moving.

In the world of fitness, I've had the opportunity to experience and explore just about every side of it through my own personal journey.
Growing up in sport, I was taught from a young age the importance of maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle. When I transitioned into my teenage years during the COVID era of 2020, I discovered hypertrophy training for the first time.
From there, I went all-in on bodybuilding-style training โ learning not only how to train, but also the importance of nutrition, recovery, and consistency. Over the next six years, I gained nearly 90 lbs, going from 140 lbs to 230 lbs.
At the turn of the new year, I decided to challenge myself in a completely different way and ventured into the endurance side of fitness, primarily through long-distance running and HIIT training.
That's where I discovered hybrid training โ and I never looked back.
Today, I'm balancing hypertrophy training, HYROX preparation, and long-distance endurance training all at once. Rather than choosing one discipline, I've learned to embrace all of them and find a way to make them work together.
I completed my first-ever race, the Toronto Half Marathon, in 2026, and I'm currently preparing for my HYROX Open Doubles debut in October 2026, alongside the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon.
And for 2027? I'm setting my sights on the Toronto Marathon once again.
This journey has taken me from athlete, to bodybuilder, to endurance runner โ and ultimately, to a hybrid athlete.
My own before/after โ client transformations will go here as they come in.
Build muscle. Run faster. Become hybrid.
A few quick questions so I can see if we're a fit before we hop on a call.
This isn't a booking โ it's an application.
I treat every intake call the way I'd treat an interview: it's a two-way conversation to see if we're actually a fit, not a formality before checkout. If it lines up, I'll follow up within 24 hours to schedule that call.
Fill this out and I'll reach out within 24 hours to see if we're a good fit.
